Internally: Main cooperation with the Head of Security Operations, Managing Director, Head of Departments, and Head Controller.

Externally: Clients, Government agencies, Security Companies, and Unions.

Job Summary

The Head of Guarding is a senior leadership role responsible for the comprehensive direction and control of all commercial and operational aspects of the Guarding Business Unit. This position ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality security services to all internal and external customers while driving organic growth, operational excellence, and financial success. The Head of Guarding will champion a culture of continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring the Guarding unit remains a market leader in Uganda.

Accountability

The Head of Guarding is accountable to the Country Head of Security Operations for all responsibilities stated in this job description. Performance against these responsibilities will be monitored through mid-year and annual performance reviews, supported by the ongoing tracking of KPIs and operational metrics.
