Terms of Service
The rules, regulations, and legal agreements governing your use of CareerCraft Uganda.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CareerCraft Uganda governing your use of our software-as-a-service platform, artificial intelligence modules, and related documentation. By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to utilize the CareerCraft Uganda platform exclusively for lawful, professional, and academic purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination without refund:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompt architecture of our AI engines.
- Generating documents intended to facilitate illegal activities, fraud, or intentional misinformation.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to query our API outside of approved commercial licenses.
2. Artificial Intelligence Liability & Output
The CareerCraft Uganda engine utilizes advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate documents, presentations, and code. While our prompt architecture is strictly engineered for high accuracy and formatting precision, the outputs are inherently probabilistic.
You explicitly agree that: CareerCraft Uganda does not guarantee the factual, legal, or academic accuracy of any generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all documents before utilizing them in a professional, academic, or legal setting. CareerCraft Uganda shall not be held liable for any damages, academic penalties, or financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
3. Subscriptions, Pay-As-You-Go, and Refunds
3.1 Billing Structure: CareerCraft Uganda operates on both a tiered subscription model and a Pay-As-You-Go credit system. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on your selected billing cycle. Pay-As-You-Go credits do not expire but are non-transferable.
3.2 Refund Policy: Due to the immediate computing costs associated with AI generation (LLM inference and cluster processing), all payments are strictly non-refundable. If a systemic failure on our end prevents a document from generating, our system will automatically prevent credit deduction. In the event of a disputed generation, our engineering team will review the server logs; manual refunds are granted solely at our discretion.
3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Dashboard. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, but you will retain access to your tier's features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Agency & Enterprise Licensing
Users subscribed to the Agency Plan are granted a commercial license to generate and resell documents to third-party clients.
Starter and Pro plan users do not hold reselling rights. Reselling documents on a non-Agency plan constitutes a breach of Terms and will result in account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
The overarching architecture, codebase, design language, proprietary JSON-to-Word algorithms, and prompt frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of CareerCraft Uganda.
Your Documents: You retain complete ownership and copyright over the final output documents generated during your active session. CareerCraft Uganda claims no intellectual property rights over the final PDF, DOCX, or PPTX files delivered to you.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
By continuing to use CareerCraft Uganda, you acknowledge your explicit agreement to these Terms.
