Job Overview
Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive on behalf of a client operating in the telecommunications sector. This role is critical to the expansion of the client's commercial customer base and requires a candidate who can independently identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients while also managing retention of existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term, profitable relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new B2B commercial customers within the telecommunications market, using both cold outreach and warm lead follow-ups.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.
Maintain a deep understanding of the client's telecommunications products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, including C-level executives and procurement managers.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools, providing regular updates to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or related industries.
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high level of initiative and a drive for results.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
Willingness to travel within Uganda as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
