Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed product information and vehicle specifications.
- Proactively generate new business leads through strategic cold calling to targeted prospects and follow-up calls on existing inquiries.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network by cultivating relationships with past customers, business partners, and industry contacts.
- Attend networking events and industry gatherings to promote Peritum Motors Ltd and expand the company's market presence.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and special offers that drive showroom traffic and lead generation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing any customer questions or concerns.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Peritum Motors Ltd vehicles.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent sales experience is demonstrated.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or a related retail sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct test drives with potential customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
