Enveritas builds innovative solutions to improve the measurement of sustainability in agricultural supply chains, with a focus on integrating smallholder farmers into responsibly sourced agricultural products, particularly coffee and cocoa. A critical component of this mission involves developing and financing projects that directly enhance the sustainability of production and improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. We are a dynamic non-profit organization operating across 34 coffee and cocoa-growing countries worldwide, with a remote-first environment that fosters collaboration and agility. Our team brings together technology and machine learning with rigorous field processes to collect and analyze data on supply chain sustainability and environmental impact. This work is made possible by a hardworking and diverse team dedicated to delivering tangible impact to smallholder farmers and developing more sustainable coffee and cocoa supply chains.
Summary
Enveritas is seeking exceptional talent to join our team in Uganda. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating impact projects and overseeing on-the-ground data collection efforts across the country. We are looking for a self-driven, operationally minded, detail-oriented, and analytical individual with more than four years of professional experience, including significant time spent in project and stakeholder management. Specifically, this individual must have experience executing detailed operational tasks, coordinating teams to successfully deliver against objectives, synthesizing insights from large datasets, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. We are seeking someone who is a doer and a problem solver, demonstrates a high degree of ownership over the quality of their work, and has the potential to take on increasing responsibility in both project coordination and data analysis. You will support impact-related efforts in Uganda, focusing on three core areas: project rollout and operational coordination, on-the-ground data collection with quality control and analysis, and management of implementing partners and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in Uganda, with travel to rural coffee regions, primarily in Central and Eastern Uganda. You will report to a small team of international and regional staff and have the support of a global team with deep expertise in sustainability, technology, operations, and stakeholder management.

- Communicate regularly with Enveritas Impact and Operations teams to ensure continuous improvement of solutions and timely delivery of projects.
- Help build and maintain connections with national and regional stakeholders or implementing partners, including government agencies, exporters, farmer organizations, NGOs, and research institutes.
- Coordinate local government compliance for on-the-ground operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support other operational tasks in Uganda as needed to contribute to team success.
Impact Support and Data Analysis

- Build knowledge on coffee agronomy in Uganda to inform project design and implementation.
- Develop and customize training materials and provide training to implementing partner field staff to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Run analyses on collected data while tracking key project indicators, leveraging experience with Excel or similar tools.
- Monitor the quality of data collected daily, synthesize insights, and report results to the Impact team to inform decision-making.
- Develop presentations for key in-country stakeholders to communicate findings and project outcomes.
