Job Details

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive, senior-level work experience in operations management, business administration, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, combined with advanced proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and expense optimization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep, specific knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory compliance frameworks, and operational efficiency methodologies, including experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Manager (CM), or Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable. Additional accreditations in leadership or organizational development are a plus.
