Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a designated portfolio of client accounts, with full ownership of your business desk and a strategic focus on long-term growth.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, specifically servicing enterprise-level businesses.
- Demonstrable background in account development and driving measurable business growth within a B2B environment.
- Strong evidence of stakeholder management, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, data-led environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to take ownership of business outcomes.
- Experience in technology, consulting, or workforce solutions is highly desirable.
- Exposure to enterprise clients in banking, financial services, or the public sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
- Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
