Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development across our product surface. You will own both front-end and back-end systems, mentor a small team of engineers, and work closely with product and design to ship high-quality features at pace. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing company while working on cutting-edge AI security solutions deployed in real commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems at production scale, ensuring high availability and performance
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting technical standards, best practices, and code quality expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and AI engineers to design and implement product features
• Architect, build, and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support seamless data flow across systems
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimise systems for scale, reliability, and security
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong test coverage, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, architectural discussions, and retrospective meetings to drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on full stack development experience in a professional environment
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js with a focus on building responsive and accessible interfaces
• Solid experience with back-end technologies: Node.js (Express.js, NestJS) and GraphQL for building robust, scalable APIs
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with mobile development is highly valued
• Experience with Dart and Flutter is a strong advantage, enabling cross-platform mobile solutions
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
