Job Purpose
This role focuses on building, designing, and testing best-in-class solutions within our Supply Chain technology team. You will support warehouse and fulfillment systems, contributing to event-driven services and system integrations that enable inventory movement, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Engineers in this role develop API solutions, implement message-based processing, and manage cloud-native services that support high-volume, business-critical workflows. You will perform business analysis and software analysis with some supervision, coordinate initiatives with limited complexity, and ensure enterprise systems remain best-in-class through continuous improvement and collaboration.
Tech Stack
- Kotlin and Java with Spring Boot for backend services
- REST APIs and event-driven architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Apache Camel and Spring Integration for service orchestration and system integration

Responsibilities
- Software Development - Develop existing software and contribute to new software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Build fast, secure, and reliable solutions that meet defined requirements.
- Software Maintenance - Monitor, identify, and correct moderately complex software defects to maintain fully functioning software, with limited supervision from others.
- Technical Development Recommendations - Support efforts to research and suggest ways to optimize solutions to better meet user, business, performance, and quality needs.
- Software Roadmap - Maintain the software roadmap to facilitate development and ensure work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
- Faults Diagnosis and Correction - Identify root causes and implement resolutions to limit and address issues promptly.
- Functional and Technical Requirements - Support collection of functional requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
- Technical Persistence Layer and Legacy Database Design - Design database resources and provide physical modeling and design services to tune database solutions for optimum performance with support from teammates.
- Program and Portfolio Management Support - Understand how to work within an established program management plan to achieve specific goals.
- Ongoing Learning and Development - Develop your own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised, with 13 months to 3 years of relevant experience
- Managerial Experience: Basic experience coordinating the work of others, with 4 to 6 months of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
Targeted Pay Range: $76,500.00 - $124,600.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as incentive, equity, and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
