Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement innovative features that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability, while ensuring a smooth user interface and experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and products.
• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and services, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a strong portfolio of published apps on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Proficiency in one or more mobile development languages and frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, Flutter, or React Native.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and memory management.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with fintech or mobile payment systems is a strong plus, as is knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
