Role Requirements & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSc) or a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Between 2 and 4 years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering, with a preference for experience in mining, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting; familiarity with GeoStudio for geotechnical modeling is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and Word for report preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce clear technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the Khomas Region and potentially other parts of South Africa.
  • Registration as a Candidate Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and sustainability in engineering design.
