Role Overview

  • Conduct regular field visits to women's groups, community networks, and individual households to assess needs, provide support, and strengthen engagement with local populations.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely records of all field activities, case follow-ups, and sensitization events in accordance with organizational data management and protection protocols.
  • Support the development of informational materials and training modules tailored to the specific needs of women and girls in the community, ensuring cultural sensitivity and accessibility.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and capacity-building workshops to continuously improve service delivery and share lessons learned across the program.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual reports by compiling field data, analyzing trends, and identifying gaps or challenges in violence prevention and response efforts.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, respect, and non-discrimination in all interactions with beneficiaries and community members, adhering to the organization's code of conduct and safeguarding policies.
