Role Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in software engineering, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience with test-driven development (TDD) and agile development processes, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • In-depth understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Formal knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong ability to coach, teach, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a distributed team.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive and management levels.
