C# Developer - Mid Level to Senior (Isando)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C# and the Blazor framework.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Ensure application security and data protection measures are implemented and adhered to.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their technical growth.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in C# development for mid-level roles, and 5+ years for senior positions.
• Proven experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) and Razor components.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
