Finance Manager - 12 month FTC

Job Summary

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a growing professional services organisation as a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in London, this role is central to strengthening financial control, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making during a period of business development. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will manage a small team, oversee month-end and year-end processes, and contribute to the enhancement of governance frameworks. Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with IFRS and FRS 102.
• Proven experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior financial role, with a track record of leading and developing finance teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes, both internal and external.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to financial control.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the professional services sector is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
