Software Developer & Azure Support Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using PHP, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Manage Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Hybrid Identity, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments.
• Assist with Windows Server administration and IIS management.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Monitor and maintain Azure resources, ensuring security and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development and infrastructure priorities.
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes for knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development and/or Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration and IIS.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
