Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define technical specifications and project timelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the selection of appropriate technologies and tools.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.
• Proven experience with modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with database technologies, both relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, or similar are a plus.
