Full Stack Engineer with AI Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features in a large-scale Angular application (Angular 21, TypeScript, RxJS, PrimeNG) used daily by device-provisioning and network-operations teams.
• Design and query against SQL Server, including writing performant queries, stored procedures, and shaping data models for reporting and analytics.
• Develop data visualizations and map-based views (device location, network events, coverage) using tools like Leaflet and D3.js.
• Implement the .NET/Clean Architecture API layer (controllers, services, EF Core) when front-end features require new or modified endpoints, owning the full-stack slice of a feature.
• Contribute to the application's localization (English/Spanish) and micro-frontend (Module Federation) architecture.
• Write and maintain automated test suites using Jasmine, Karma, and Playwright to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze operational and device data to proactively suggest or build analytics and visualizations that help teams identify problems faster.
• Optimize application performance by implementing best practices such as on-push change detection, standalone components, and signal-based flows.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Angular and SQL Server.
• Proven production experience with Angular v17 or later, TypeScript, RxJS, component-based architecture, and reactive forms.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, particularly .NET 8, EF Core, and Clean Architecture patterns.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries, understanding indexing, and working with relational schemas at scale.
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques or LLM-based tooling to analyze data, detect patterns, or build assistive features.
• Familiarity with geospatial visualization libraries such as Leaflet, MapBox, or similar.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation), D3.js, or PDF/Excel export tooling is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm), or enterprise message buses is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex features.

Salary & Compensation Estimation

As a long-term contract role, compensation is typically offered on an hourly or daily rate basis. For a Full Stack Engineer with this level of expertise and AI experience, the expected hourly rate ranges from $70 to $95 USD, depending on the candidate's specific skills, years of experience, and negotiation. On an annualized basis (assuming 2080 hours), this translates to approximately $145,600 to $197,600 USD. The remote nature of the role may allow for geographic flexibility, but rates are competitive with the Texas market. Please note that this is a W2 contract position, meaning benefits may be limited, but the rate is inclusive of any employer contributions.
