Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with the organizational objectives and business goals.
- Manage the full sourcing cycle, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor-performance evaluation to ensure optimal quality, cost, and reliability.
- Lead demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure seamless operations.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a closely related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSP, or an equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
- A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration will be a distinct advantage.
- At least eight years of progressive experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a managerial or leadership position, with a proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or a related operational industry is essential, as it ensures familiarity with industry-specific challenges and best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
