Key Responsibilities
Reporting:
- Reports and gives feedback to the Recruitment Manager on deals, providing insights on pipeline health, candidate quality, and process improvements.
- Maintains CRM compliance for reporting purposes, ensuring all interactions and candidate data are accurately recorded and accessible for strategic decision-making.
- Completes monthly recruitment targets, including sourcing, screening, and placement metrics, to support overall business objectives and client satisfaction.
- Prepares weekly status reports detailing progress on active roles, challenges encountered, and planned actions to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills required
- First Degree in Business Administration (HR option), or Social Science from a recognized university.
- Member of IHRMP or equivalent is an added advantage, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
- 3 years relevant experience working as a Recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learning abilities, open mindedness, good listener and communicator, with the capacity to adapt to changing client needs and market dynamics.
- Must be able to demonstrate prioritization skills and must be a good planner, with strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
