Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains across the organisation.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementation, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP R/3 is essential, with a deep understanding of how these systems support finance operations.
