Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains across the organisation.
• Develop and implement enhanced financial procedures and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements and minimise disruption.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices in finance operations, leveraging industry standards and insights.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, using key performance indicators to measure success and suggest further refinements as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, mitigating risk and maintaining high standards of governance.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department in achieving its strategic objectives through proactive process optimisation.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems within the professional services industry.
• Proven experience in process improvement and implementation, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP R/3 is essential, with a deep understanding of how these systems support finance operations.

Salary & Compensation Estimation
