Job Summary

Cedar has exclusively partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS business in East London to recruit a Strategic Finance Manager. This is a brand-new, high-impact role created to strengthen the company's strategic finance capability. You will have the opportunity to shape the role from day one, partnering closely with senior leadership to influence key commercial and strategic decisions. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office and a competitive salary of circa £85,000. Key Responsibilities

• Build robust financial models to support strategic and commercial decision-making across the business.
• Analyse, cleanse, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Lead pricing and packaging analysis, assessing the commercial impact of different pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing analysis to inform business strategy.
• Deliver commercial insights across subscription performance, customer behaviour, and revenue trends.
• Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and board-level audiences.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence key commercial and strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics to drive business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business cases.

Salary & Compensation Estimation

The role offers a base salary of circa £85,000 per annum. Given the high-growth B2B SaaS environment and the strategic nature of the role, additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, equity options, and benefits such as pension contributions, private health insurance, and flexible working arrangements. Total compensation package is estimated to be between £95,000 and £110,000 including bonus and benefits.
