Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital and Product Marketing Associate to join our B2B and B2C recruitment company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive both internal and external marketing efforts to promote our products and services across multiple African markets.
  • The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, is capable of executing innovative projects, and is adept at optimising digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results.
  • You will work closely with product teams to ensure that our offerings are effectively positioned and communicated to both business clients and job seekers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot, are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both B2B and B2C markets. Experience in the recruitment industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and best practices, including campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in executing marketing initiatives across various digital channels, such as website, email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualise and execute innovative digital marketing projects that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and tools to optimise organic visibility and drive website traffic effectively.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management tools.
