Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer on our marketing team, your primary mission is to translate complex ideas and strategic objectives into highly polished, visually impactful design solutions. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive, user-friendly brand experience across all digital and print touchpoints, ensuring that every piece of creative work we produce resonates authentically with our target audience and elevates our market position.

Key Duties & Job Responsibilities

  • Design and produce engaging, on-brand graphics for all social media platforms, including static images, animated assets, and short-form video content.
  • Create visually compelling graphics for blog posts, white papers, and other long-form digital content to improve readability and shareability.
  • Develop and produce offline campaign materials such as brochures, direct mail pieces, event signage, and trade show displays.
  • Produce high-impact, nationally focused media outreach graphics, including press kits, infographics, and data visualizations for public relations campaigns.
  • Shoot, edit, and produce professional-quality video content specifically optimized for social media channels, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn Stories.
  • Capture and professionally edit high-resolution photographs of clients, products, and internal events to support brand storytelling and reduce reliance on stock imagery.
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of persona graphics, competitive landscape visualizations, brand style guides, visual identity guidelines, and other critical branding documents.
  • Produce high-converting Facebook ad graphics, Google AdWords display banners, and engaging email newsletter graphics that drive measurable results.
  • Ensure that 100% of all creative assets you produce are authentic, original, and strategically resonate with target audience segments, prioritizing original photography over stock imagery whenever possible.
  • Execute any other related design activities, special projects, and assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager or Creative Director.

  • Increased media coverage and positive brand mentions across target publications and outlets.
  • Improved brand perception metrics, including net promoter score and share of voice within the competitive landscape.
  • Speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of crisis communications and rapid-response creative assets.
  • Measurable sales ROI and customer satisfaction scores linked directly to campaign creative performance.
  • Sustained growth in website page visits, user logins, and time-on-page metrics for content featuring your designs.
  • Positive brand valuation trends and consistent brand equity growth across all channels.
  • Consistently high audience engagement rates on social media, including likes, shares, comments, and click-through rates.
  • Expansion of organic and paid growth channels through innovative and differentiated visual content strategies.

Qualifications & Education

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a closely related field is strongly preferred. Equivalent professional experience and a compelling portfolio will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Years of Experience

Proven and demonstrable experience of 2 to 3 years in a dedicated graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media.

Skills Required to Perform the Job

  • Excellent IT skills and advanced proficiency with industry-standard design, video-editing, and photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Exceptional creativity and a proven track record of generating innovative, original design concepts that solve business problems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Superior accuracy and an unwavering attention to detail in every aspect of design, from typography and color theory to file preparation and final output.
  • A deep understanding of the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and their practical role within a commercial and brand-building environment.
  • A highly professional approach to managing time, adhering to budgets, and consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule.
