Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and associated data to ensure quality and relevance.
• Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical correctness and robustness.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on solution architectures, code quality, and overall design.
• Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty level, or language to facilitate model training and evaluation.
• Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities across diverse tasks and scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of output.
• Collaborate with research teams to identify areas for model improvement and implement validation strategies.
• Document findings and contribute to technical reports that guide AI model iterations.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
• Proven experience with debugging, testing, and validating complex software systems.
• Strong command of at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, C+), with proficiency in multiple languages being a plus.
