Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions tailored to federal government projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver end-to-end software applications.
• Utilize Python, Django, and Vue.js to build robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen (due to federal government requirements).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (sponsorship provided by the company).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a U.S. based institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience with Python, Django, Vue.js, CI/CD, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Experience with federal government software development projects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while adhering to EST time zone working hours.

Salary & Compensation Estimation

The annual salary for this position is estimated between $120,000 and $135,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with company match. The compensation is aligned with industry standards for senior software engineering roles in the remote U.S. market, especially those requiring federal clearance eligibility.
