Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts for real estate projects, including equity, debt, mezzanine financing, and partnership structures.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, private equity firms, and lending institutions.
- Structure and negotiate investment deals, term sheets, and comprehensive funding proposals aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong, diversified pipeline of investors and funding partners to ensure continuous capital flow.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment feasibility studies to support decision-making.
- Develop compelling investor presentations, pitch decks, and fundraising materials to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Manage ongoing relationships with banks, investment firms, and strategic partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with executive leadership on capital strategy, deal execution, and overall financial planning.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate finance, corporate finance, or direct fundraising.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital or closing significant investment deals in a competitive environment.
- Strong, established network within investment, banking, or real estate finance circles (a major advantage for this role).
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal structuring capabilities.
