Technologies & Experience

• Deep proficiency in iOS Native (Swift, Objective-C), Android Native (Kotlin, Java), or React Native (JavaScript, TypeScript). You must be comfortable with the full mobile development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment.
• Advanced experience with RESTful API integration, including authentication, data parsing, error handling, and performance optimization. You should be able to work closely with backend teams to define and refine endpoints.
• Expertise in UX/UI best practices is a strong plus. We value engineers who can contribute to design discussions, implement pixel-perfect interfaces, and ensure a seamless user experience across devices and screen sizes.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and mobile app store submission processes is required. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX) or modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building and integrating the mobile application from existing backend APIs and detailed wireframes and mockups provided by the design team. Your role includes translating designs into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Participate in two mandatory 1-hour team meetings each week, scheduled on Wednesday and Saturday, to align on progress, blockers, and priorities. These meetings are critical for maintaining momentum across time zones and ensuring clear communication.
• Own the full feature lifecycle: implement new screens, optimize app performance, debug issues, and conduct thorough testing. You will collaborate with QA and product managers to deliver polished releases.
• Contribute to the team culture by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and suggesting improvements to our development processes. A sense of humor is not just welcome but considered a key trait for success in our team dynamic.
