Key Responsibilities
- Engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, preparing and presenting demonstrations of ERPNext features that address specific business needs.
- Address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the sales process, helping prospects evaluate and visualize how the solution adds value to their companies.

Role Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated motivation and self-starter attitude with a very high degree of ownership over tasks and projects.
- Solid understanding of core business processes across the following domains: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Human Resources.
- Familiarity with IT systems and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and team collaboration tools.
