Procurement Management Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, preparing and presenting demonstrations of ERPNext features that address specific business needs.
• Address and overcome technical objections that arise throughout the sales process, helping prospects evaluate and visualize how the solution adds value to their companies.
• Carry out ERPNext implementation using established standards and practices of the organization, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Work with the team to identify and handle key customer technical questions and objections, developing strategies to resolve technical impediments and scope out migration workloads.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Train end-users on system functionality, ensuring they can confidently use the platform to achieve their business goals.
• Support the documentation of business processes, requirements, and implementation plans.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated motivation and self-starter attitude with a very high degree of ownership over tasks and projects.
• Solid understanding of core business processes across the following domains: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Human Resources.
• Familiarity with IT systems and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and team collaboration tools.
