1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CareerCraft UG services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CareerCraft UG provides CV writing, job alerts, interview coaching, academic support, business registration, and related services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Payment

Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. All fees are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has not commenced, a full refund may be issued. Partial refunds may be available depending on work completed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content delivered to you becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Your personal data, academic work, and business details will never be shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareerCraft UG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala.
