Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules, ensuring alignment with clients' strategic goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and define system requirements and design solutions.
• Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities to ensure accurate and seamless data flow within ServiceNow.
• Utilize experience with Jira Service Management to enhance service delivery and incident management processes.
• Understand and leverage the capabilities of App Engine Studio (AES) within ServiceNow to accelerate application development.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow's catalog features, workflows, and functionalities to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow's asset management features, integration abilities, and functionalities to work with existing client software.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and strong ability to create catalog items and customize workflows.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring system stability and uptime.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2-5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration. Four additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
• Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS certification in one or more of the following: SPM, Data Foundations, Discovery, SAM, or HAM.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary & Compensation Estimation

The target salary range for this position is $80,001 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and other factors.
